Yoga for the Feet
This workshop explores yoga warm up exercises, asanas and related movement modalities that restore, balance and rejuvenate the feet. In addition, we will explore yoga for some basic foot issues including flat feet, bunions, heal spurs, plantar fasciitis, gout, pronation and supination.
