Yoga for Healthy Hips
The hips are a key structure for overall well-being. Hips can be a storage place for our emotions and become easily blocked. Freedom in the hips releases lower back tension, soothes the legs and feet, and eases mental stress This workshop will cover basic hip anatomy, hip mobility (extension, internal rotation, external rotation, and abduction), as well as, yoga asasas and related movement modalities that promote hip health.
