4th Chakra: Yoga for Love, Compassion and Empathy, July 20, 12 to 4 pm
The heart chakra guides our relationships with ourselves and others. When its energy is deficient we become intolerant, fearful and/or depressed. When the its energy is in excess we can become jealous and over demanding. A balanced heart chakra fills us with compassion and opens us up to give and receive unconditional love. This workshop explores yoga/meditation as a vehicle for balancing the heart chakra.
