Yoga 4 Creativity: Drop In Class
We will practice 30 - 45 minutes of Yoga, 10-15 minutes of meditation, and 45 minutes to an hour of creativity exercises. Please bring writing materials and your favorite art/journaling/collage supplies. There will be lots of options for developing creativity. If you are a painter you can paint. If you are a writer you can write. If you enjoy making collages bring those supplies. If you are yoga teacher developing a sequence bring your mat and paper. If you want to explore different media each time that's great too! Bring your tools of choice.
