Life Purpose Bootcamp (June 22nd - July 3rd, 8 sessions, 7:15 to 9:15 pm PST)
Meets Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays for 2 consecutive weeks (6/22, 6/24, 6/25. 6/26, 6/29, 7/1, 7/2, 7/3). 7:15 to 9:15 pm PST.
6 person minimum - 12 person maximum is required to run the course.
In face of the huge changes and losses that have occurred due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we may feel called to reassess our lives and develop strategies to bring greater meaning to our existence.
Life Purpose Boot Camp: The Breakthrough Plan for Creating a Meaningful Life is a two-week, 8 session intensive program that breaks through barriers and offers insights for living each day with purpose.
Boot camp is metaphor to encourage participants to show up for themselves, just as new recruits are compelled to show up for basic training. The program parallels the boot camp processes of drilling, exercising, and digging deep to emerge a different, stronger person.Once you understand how meaning operates, how meaning and life purpose are related, and what concrete steps you can take toward fulfilling your purpose, you will never run out of meaning again.
This program develops self-awareness and self-confidence by giving you what you need to fully live the best possible life. Program themes include but are not limited to: Upgrading Your Personality, Dealing with Your Circumstances, Creating Your Life Purpose Statement, Gentle Mindful Movement, and Life Purpose Centered Meditation.
