5 Minute Meditations

Meditation, the essence of yoga, leads to deep and restful states of being. In these five minute meditations we will explore the body, breath and mind. At the level of the physical self, we will find quiet stillness. At the level of the breath, we will untie from the knots and negativity of daily life. At the level of mind, we learn to rest in a quiet center of being.
