Lunar Mudras

"Mudra is considered one of the most highly developed forms of Yoga.  Mudra is a powerful means of attracting the universe's primary energies within body, mind, and spirit and seal them within us. . . They also make us aware of the cosmic five elements coursing through our fingers, connecting our hands (symbolizing our actions of dharma) to the universe. . . At a more profound level of healing, mudra practice helps us seal our sacred intentions and realize them almost immediately.  In this healing continuum, we may seize the chance to cleanse and rid old karmas as we emblazon Shakti energy within." - Maya Tiwari
