What to Expect from the Yoga for Creativity Practitioner Training:
a) One hour introductory call to get to know student and layout communication plan
b) Seventeen 4 to 7 hour homework assignments based on weekly lesson and reading

c) Written feedback on 17 weekly assignments via email
d) General email communication
