LEARN HOW TO USE YOUR YOGA PRACTICE TO INSPIRE CREATIVITY
Created with yoga practitioners and creative individuals in mind, Yoga and the Flow State: Practices and Archetypes for Creativity will help you explore and manifest inspiration through the practices of yoga, meditation, and journaling.
Samadhi, moksha, and nirvana are Sanskrit names that relate to “flow” or “being in the zone.” Flow is a mental state in which you’re fully immersed, involved, and enjoying the process of an activity, similar to the mental states of high concentration experienced during meditation.
We can find, or train, this state of effortless attention or flow with asana (yoga postures), breathwork, journaling, art-making, and meditation. In this live course, you’ll focus on yoga and creativity practices that help you access flow, reach higher states of creativity, and promote mindfulness.
This course is for anyone who would like to become more creative, may feel blocked in their creativity, or wishes to develop their own authentic voice. The practices you’ll learn will help you re-ignite the imaginative flames that exist within you and give you tools to inspire a life filled with meaning and joy. You’ll learn strategies to detach yourself from others’ judgments on your creative expressions, how to better trust your instincts and intuition, and how to have more confidence in your creative abilities.
Plus, you’ll learn how to:
Overcome creative blocks.
Tap into your creativity and get into the “flow.”
Use your creative skills to help with problem-solving.
Promote confidence and cultivate self-esteem to support your unique vision and voice.
Become more in tune with your inner self and your true nature.
Incorporate Kali, Lalita, and Saraswati, the three yogic archetypes of creativity, into your life.
This eight-hour live course is broken into four two-hour sessions, which you’ll complete over two days. There will be a two-hour break between sessions each day. Each two-hour session will entail:
30 minutes of lecture
40 minutes of asana
10 minutes of pranayama
25 minutes of guided meditation
15 minutes of Q&A
Assigned journaling/introspection questions to work on either during breaks between sessions or after the last session of the day as per Nya’s instructions
Special Offer: Purchase this course during pre-sale for $149 USD (a savings of $50 USD) until January 9, 2021. Use coupon code FLOW50 before check out.
