Overview


  • Students will watch and answer study questions on Paul Grilley's Yoga Anatomy DVD and then turn them in to be reviewed by Nya Patrinos.
  • Student's will read the book Body Stories and do various practices based on exercises in the book and submit journaling assignments.
  • Student's will read Leslie Kaminoff's book Yoga Anatomy and answer journaling questions based on the text.
  • Students will make life size anatomical maps of their Skeletal System, Muscular System, Cardiovascular System and Nervous System
