Transformational Yin - Fridays - 5:30 to 6:30 pm PDT
Yin Yoga comes from the Taoist tradition of being in harmony with the rhythm and flow of nature. Yin emphasizes long mindful holds (2 to 5 minutes) that promote growth, clear energetic blockages and enhance circulation. Yin is an excellent practice for increasing flexibility, meditation, injured/active athletes, and those new to yoga.
